Toasted Coconut Marshmallows
Our famous marshmallows begin by cooking the secret ingredients over an open flame, then they’re whipped to just the right fluffiness, not too soft, not too chewy, but always creamy. The batch is poured and left to cool overnight on traditional candy maker slabs from the 1890’s.
The next day, we sprinkle toasted coconut on the slabs and cut them to size, and bag them for instant consumption!
